وُلاةُ ثغرِ دِمياط ونُوّابُها في دولة المماليک "دراسة في النظم الإدارية"

اقترن ظهور دولة المماليک في مصر بتخريب مدينة دمياط القديمة، ثم قامت في الموقع ذاته نواة مدينة دمياط المملوکية، التي ازدهرت قبيل منتصف القرن الثامن الهجري، وکانت دمياط المملوکية في بدايتها ولاية ثم تحولت إلى نيابة في سلطنة الأشرف برسباي، والبحث يقدم موجزًا لنمو المدينة وازدهارها، ثم يتتبع التطور الإداري لولاة دمياط ونوابها في عصر سلاطين المماليک، ويستعرض أحوال الولاة وسياستهم، ويناقش بعض القضايا المهمة مثل أسباب الولاية والعزل، وظاهرة البذل والبرطلة وأثر ذلک على أوضاع الثغر، ويختتم بعمل جدول لولاة دمياط ونوابها من خلال المصادر المعاصرة.

Abstract:
The emergence of the Mamluk state in Egypt was accompanied by the destruction of the ancient city of Damietta, then in the same location the base of the Mamluk city of Damietta was established, which flourished before the middle of the eighth century AH.
Mamluk Damietta was at its beginning a province and then turned into a representative in the Sultanate of Al-Ashraf Barsbay, and the research provides a summary of the city’s growth and prosperity, then traces the administrative development of Damietta’s governors and deputies during the era of the Mamluk sultans, reviews the conditions and policies of the rulers, and discusses some important issues such as the reasons for inauguration and dismissal, and the phenomenon of bribery And the impact of this on the situation of the stoma, and concludes by presenting a table for the governors of Damietta and its deputies through contemporary sources.
